User Data Deletion

SR Travels & Tours (SR All Service Hub Nepal) respects your right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including information received when you sign in with Facebook Login or Google Sign-In.

1. Data from Facebook Login

If you used Continue with Facebook, we may have received information authorized by you, such as your name, email address, Facebook user identifier, and profile picture.

You may request that we delete this Facebook-related data from our systems. After deletion, Facebook Login will no longer identify your previous account on our website unless you sign in again and create a new account.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” to:

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address used on our website (and Facebook/Google email if different)
• Mobile number linked to your account or bookings, if any
• A clear statement that you request deletion of your personal data
• Whether you used Facebook Login, Google Sign-In, or email registration

You may also contact us via the Contact page and mention “Data Deletion Request”.

3. Process and timeline

1. We acknowledge your request (usually within 3 business days).
2. We may verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion.
3. We delete or anonymize account profile data, login identifiers (including Facebook/Google IDs), and related personal fields where we are not legally required to retain them.
4. We aim to complete the process within 30 days of a verified request. If more time is needed, we will inform you.

4. Records we may keep for legal reasons

Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records—for example:

• Completed booking or transaction records needed for tax, audit, or regulatory purposes
• Records needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
• Limited logs required for security and abuse prevention

Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is not used for marketing.

5. Facebook App removal

You can also remove our app’s access from your Facebook settings (Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites). That stops future data sharing from Facebook; to delete data already stored on our website, still send a deletion request as described above.
